Weightless — All Time Low

A year ago today, this song was released on AbsolutePunk.net (to the delight, surprise, and praise of fans worldwide). Since then, the boys have released an album, put two songs on soundtracks, toured the nation with Fall Out Boy, headlined their own national tour, played three shows in one day (across the nation), headlined a summer “mini tour”, had a headlining stint on Warped Tour, sold out venues, been on MTV, released two music videos, toured the UK, been to Australia, and done a whole more than a lot of bands their “age” have. They’re working on their next album, they’re headlining Bamboozle Roadshow, and I’m sure that we have a lot more to expect from these boys in the future.

Maybe it’s not my weekend, but it’s gonna be my year.

It was certainly their year.

I’m so proud of them, this time last year no one I knew knew who they were or they just didn’t give a shit. And everyones complaining about how famous they are, but they totaly deserve it, as long as they stay true to themselves.
